Pedagogical Redesign of L'Oréal Tech Incubator January 2022 - March 2022 Led a team in the redesign of L'Oréal's MYT - Make Your Technology program, L'Oréal's first tech incubator. ​ Leveraged learning analytics to research optimal design methods according to L'Oréal's performance objectives - reducing the program length from 6 months to 2 weeks. ​ Clearly identified KPIs and created dashboards to track KPIs in real-time. Comparative Research Analysis on Varying Learning Environments and Their Practices October 2021 - March 2022 The research focused on how learning principles and methods are applied in content and settings outside the traditional classroom, both online and offline. ​ Primary quantitative and qualitative data was collected and analyzed. ​ Different learning environments and practices were compared between institutions like CERN, the UK National Gallery, and Musée Carnavalet using standardized scaling metrics created for the research. Pedagogical Game Designing to Promote Youth Cleanliness September 2021 - February 2022 Concepted and co-created pedagogical game to encourage organizational, management, and cleanliness habits to youth at an early age. ​ Researched youth learning and created nudges to encourage youth to organize their spaces in real life. ​ Prototyped the game and tested with 30+ individuals. Open Science Research on Climate Change Awareness and Level of Education September 2021 - January 2022 Following open science principles and practices, the project gauged people's awareness pertaining to climate change using survey analysis and data visualizations, publishing the data onto GitHu b here . ​ Project also aimed to see what other factors influence the awareness of individuals in climate change aside from education (e.g. locality, age). ​ Collaborated with specialists from multiple different domains, implemented multidisciplinary analysis. Gamification of Geopolitics and History To Teach Colonial History and Geopolitics January 2021 - July 2021 Co-created pedagogical game about about the historical European colonization of the Americas, mixing simulation, education, entertainment, and strategy to teach people about geopolitics and history. Meta-Analysis on Female Education and Fertility in India September 2020 - December 2020 Collected and reviewed current literature on female education and fertility in India. ​ Research and analysis of each literature was reviewed to illuminate potential important disparities in their findings. Research on Cruise Ship Quarantine Procedures and its Impact Spreading COVID 19 September 2020 - December 2020 Mixed method research conducted to test if cruise ships contributed to the spread of COVID-19 globally, using the cases of Diamond Princess and Grand Princess. ​ Cases were geographically mapped on interactive global display to visualize the geographical reach of each cruise ships COVID cases. ​ ​ Multiple comparative timelines were created to contrast policy responses of each ship and its consequent COVID reach. Management of 'Eid Gifts to Pakistan Prisoners' Event Project May 2020 - September 2020 Project saw the collection and distribution of presents to Pakistani citizens held in prison in Turkey on Eid. Tasks included the identification of stake holders, allocating resources according to project timeline and logistics , coordinating with relevant authorities, and monitoring the d istribution of gifts. Management of 'Pakistan Mango & Biryani Festival 2019' Event Project May 2019 - August 2019 Project saw the organization and execution of an annual event to engage Pakistani community in Turkey , to foster relations between Pakistan and Turkey, and to spread awareness of Pakistani mangoes as a cultural and economic commodity. ​ Coordinated with team of 10 to organize event timeline, mobilise domestic and international stakeholders, produce external content, and facilitate event on event day. ​ Read more about the event here .
